Care Property Invest announces the agreement under suspensory conditions for the acquisition of a portfolio of 3 residential care centres in Belgium. More specifically, the residential care centres ‘De Wand’ in Laeken, ‘Keymolen’ in Lennik and ‘Westduin’ in Westende (BE).
